I googled it and the first link that came up basically says Soo Bahk Do is a mor
e advanced martial art that Tang Soo Do is based on.
The history of Korean martial arts is confusing at times, but there is a good bo
ok out there that talks about this stuff by master Barry Harmon calles "5,000 Ye
ars of Korean Martial Arts" It goes into great detail about all the different s
ystems and where they originated from.
I find the history to be quite interesting, mainly because most cultures focus o
n the Japanes and Chinese martial arts when you research them, so this is a diff
erent view of martial arts history.
