Hmmm.. I've played with Alpine in the past; but just in a very distro hoppy way;
I didn't utilize that RAM feature. Many things I create with Pi's are
read only systems tho... so once all my data is on the SDcard, thats it no in or
out at all...
I think raspian (or diet) is good for that.
