Hello Ed!
EV> The notebook isn't the MAIN PC here, I use it
EV> occasionally. XP is a desktop, I rather use it at home
EV> with AC Power.
But how is your internet service provided? Is it primarily a
phone plan?
EV> I searched today for what I need and saw that it is a USB
EV> Bluetooth 5.0 radio.
Right. That should let your XP talk to the internet from the
phone.
EV> Doing Email and Texting on this phone I'm comfortable
EV> with. BBSing takes a lot more work with the phone compared
EV> to what I have been used to on all the computers I've used
EV> in the past. C=64, 486, XP and Vista.
How are you "bbsing" with the phone exactly?
EV> BOY! do I miss MultiMail DOS.
Once you can shore up the internet with your XP desktop, you
should be able to fire up Multimail.
