Unfortunately, too true.
I've had people who spend a great deal of time in other countries. They avoid
wheat products here in the U.S. because it causes them various issues. Yet when
they have those same products made in other countries they don't have those
issues.
We've bred our wheat to be more disease resistent, temperature resistent,
drought resistent, etc. But never "more healthy".
... Those with the weapons make the rules.
