I know this probably isn't the answer, but Mystic has different access levels in
each echo or message base, you can have different access levels for all options
such as READ, LIST, VIEW, POST, etc. For instance my FIDO echo's all have
regular access to list and read, but only users with legit real names
(which is a separate access level on my BBS) can post messages, It could be
something as simple as that.. :)
