I believe the report is still available in book form. Of course, that
describes Standard Pascal, and I'm sure you want something more capable.
Regardless, for syntax and most of the semantics it's a wonderful reference.
Some of Writh's books on data structures are also in Pascal (I believe "Data
Structures + Algorithms = Programs" has a Pascal version; later versions
would likely be in Modula-2 or Oberon).
Apparently there are a few books about FPC/Lazarus that may be worth checking
out. See the freepascal.org site for more details.
