/sbbs/exec/scfg
./scfg

I think thats the answer. Other things I use a lot:

/sbbs/exec/umonitor
monitors nodes and allows for VIM editing of config files

/sbbs/exec/echocfg
fidonet config

/sbbs/exec/uedit
user editor

etc etc...
