Assuming you're in the US, you'll at least need a friendly FFL to receive your
online purchases. Who knows, they might have something used that you like to
begin with, or can help you order anything new that you want.
I don't tend to do online, but Gunbroker, Bud's, and anyone who advertises in
Shotgun News is probably OK.
