Definitely didn't go out as a netmail, as it was received in the ZEC echo on
Fidonet.
First thing is you have to create a netmail area, then flag it as netmail.
After doing that, it will prompt you a TO field, as well as an ADDRESS field,
so you can fill out everything you need to.
It seems in this post you filled your TO field with the recipients address,
rather than their name.
