Hi Mike!

MP> It was 55F here this morning... I loved it while it lasted. :)

Here in easter Iowa it's 57° again this morning -- about the same as
yesterday started, just a lot less humidity. Think yesterday was
something like 90% which made me think twice about opening the windows: letting
the cool air in: nice. Letting in that soggy air -- ergh! (Did
open and didn't get humid.)

MP> Well, we got some rain but nothing like that. I think it was
MP> enough to account for any watering I might have done myself, but
MP> it was not near enough to really get things growing. We've sort

MP> not need it at all this weekend. It will get crunchy soon!

<chuckle> Yes, it will be the usual hot and humid here soon enough.
Right now the grass needs to be mowed about twice a week; soon will be
lucky if twice a month.

MP> They are not. Just some kind of wild vine-like groundcover that
MP> gets tangled into everything in the flower bed if not kept at
 MP> bay.

Pull! We have a problem with Creeping Charlie. It's not a bad-looking
weed: minty smell when walking on or otherwise crushed, sort of a
purple-blue flower. Trouble is it kills the grass abd everything else.
