I would send the message nevertheless too. Politics is a psychological game. It
needs to look like a lot of people care.
This is why small communist groups are effective. They are small, but they
paste posters on walls as if they had ten thousand members, so in the end of
the day people thinks they are stronger than they are... and are more likely to
yield to their demands.
