Try removing anything in the 80th column and re-saving it. As you said, it may
be wrapping because of that.
I think most ansi editors act the same in this regard: Load up the ansi in a
drawing program (I tested on Pablodraw to make sure it was the right key
combination), hold down ALT, and hit right arrow once (this will move the entire
ansi to the right one line), then left arrow (this will move the ansi back to
the original location, but the 80th column will be empty).
