There are only a few values that can be overridden using the default and for
auto creation of message bases its really just the list, read, post, system, and
echomgr ACS options as well as the "use realname" option.

It doesn't support header and template values mostly because no one has ever
asked for that and I never saw anyone use it that way.  But if you actually have
different headers and templates from the default settings for each individual
network I will add it for you so that you can specify some of those other values
you have there.
