Yeah, I'm not interested in subscribing to everything. I just subscribed to the
ones I had some form of interest in, and most of those didn't have any recent
worthwhile content aside from spam and advertisements.

Agreed, unless you're a die-hard C/C++ guy that would rather be sifting through
that much mail instead of actually coding. ;)
