I think what was happening is my firewall was blocking connections based on some
info in the packets based on a definition auto downloaded.
Now there were some other issues where messages aren't going out to the rest of
the nodes, and not receiving from RC/NC.

The RC helped me out and I think my system is working.
Wilfred, thanks for response and helping with my understanding.
Digitalman also helped me out as well with config adjustments on my system.
