Okay, fair enough.  In my opinion it "fits", as in that once it's 
installed, it's as "integral" to SBBS as other things like DDMsgRdr, 
Area Choosers, and more.  It's used by a lot of systems also.

I'm not sure how that kind of thing is decided upon - probably up to 
DigitalMan I would guess, as those externals can effectively become a 
"part of" SBBS for all intents and purposes.  FWIW, I'm in favor of it.



... Toto, I don't think we're in DOS any more...
