You should also backup your ctrl and text directories since they have your confi
gs and menu files. Also mods for any changes. You could just backup xtrn once to
 keep the settings and then any files that change on a more regular basis. You c
an get a really Linux cheap storage VPS (check out lowendbox or lowendtalk). My 
last backup took 5 minutes across the Atlantic.
