An SPF is likely all you need and as long as your system that receives mail for
your domain (your "mail exchange" or MX) is also the host that *sends* mail, the
n it's a simple SPF record:
$ host -t txt synchro.net
synchro.net descriptive text "v=spf1 mx a -all"
Or you could just relay your outbound mail through Vertrauen:
