Certainly.  From my /sbbs/ctrl/sbbsecho.ini :

[domain:fidonet]
    Zones = 1,2,3,4
    DNSSuffix = binkp.net
    NodeList = /sbbs/fido/nodelist/NODELIST.217

(that last line may vary according to your preferences)

You should have a "domain" declaration section for each network that 
your system is connected to.
