It's pretty stupid to think this.
a compromised system can attack other systems at the users home or any other
computer on the internet. it can be used to attack governments, distribute
child pornography or anything else.
it doesn't matter if it's ran in a vm or not. It's another computer on the
internet that can be compromised and attack others.
