I don't think so: "the boss node must be configured in sbbsecho.ini".

The logic in SBBSecho is currently that the bossnode must be configured. Perhaps
 that could be changed to just strip the point number always and call that a "ro
ute", but nobody has ever asked for that behavior. Is that what you're asking fo
r?
