Check file permissions.
ls -l tw2002tw.*
If in doubt, run
chmod 666 tw2002tw.ans
and try again
I've had similar issues before and it came down to the file having the SBBS user
ownership, but still being in the root group and read permission not set for th
e group. 'chgrp SBBS tw2002tw.ans' (with the correct group of course) would fix
that if it was your problem.
