i dont know whats up.
i even deleted my profile and reinstalled chrome.
then i checked it on a clean computer where i only used chrome 5 times and i'm
not signed in.
if i highlight the file i have a problem with it shows http and will not
download

if i copy the link and change it to https it works.
i never had a problem like this before.
i'm using nextdns at home but not on the test computer i tried.
ah well, as long as it works for other people.
