When running binkit manually, the dial out completes successfully, and I can see
it show up in the binkstats.ini log.
I previously also tested using the fidoout semaphore, and the semaphore file is
created and removed a few seconds later but binkit is not triggered.
It seems like it is timed event scheduler related. I did notice I had a stray re
cycle file from two days ago and wondered if that was stopping tasks from being
triggered.
The timed event for fidoout is enabled and is set to run 24 hours a day (default
settings).
