Yep. That's the one!
Back story... That program started out as part of my BinkP mailer. Janis
mentioned that she was having trouble finding something to process FREQs that
ran under Linux, so I stole a couple subroutines from the mailer and wrote one
or two to handle the command line stuff and the SRIF file. The compiler I was
using was able to make Windows, Linux, and Mac binaries all from the same code
so it was easy to build all three once I had the Windows code debugged.

Cool. You've got them all then. I never even bothered to compile it for the
MAC because I didn't have the hardware to test it on.
