He must know I have a huge production of vegetables and I tend to use procedures
to conserve them.
The problem is my zucchinis are so big that slicing them is not enough to make t
hem go into a regular jar. These days I just cut them into cubes and can them at
high presure with water and salt. Not glamourous, but a man has to do what a ma
n has to do.
