well they arent 1099.
Amazon has a dsp program. companies throw in money and they get vans and
company support and technology.
the dps are contracted with amazon. if they don't do well they get eliminated.
the delivery drivers are employees of the dsps and they get free shoes through
amazon and they are paid and have insurance through their dsps.
Dps also follow amazon's drug testing structure which is weed is ok, everything
else not ok.
