maybe he just liked it for himself.
i'm not sure when they started doing this but do you know that orange juice is
the most processed type of juice? they put the liquid in a tank and seal it in a
vaccume and then it loses all it's flavor.  then they add a 'flavor packet'
which is pretty much chemicals extracted from peels.  the most natural version
of orange juice is from concentrate which is processed as well.  they introduce
water into orange juice pulp.

i would think pineapple and grapefruit juice are more expensive than orange
juice to produce.
