When I was younger we had liver a lot. I did not really like it, but
sometimes it was ok. It turned out it depended on if it was beef liver or
chicken liver. I cannot tell you which one I liked now but the one that
was always dry and tough to chew was the one I did not like.
I also like Braunswager (sp?), which is a liver pate.
