4294967295 is the maximum value of an unsigned 32-bit integer, so that's not sur
prising (assuming the user online at the time had >= 4.2M minutes in their minut
e bank).
The capping at the maxmium signed 16-bit integer value (32767) was implemented i
n SBBS v3.20 a couple years ago. You're still running v3.19.
