after fixing the compile environment for OpenWatcom 1.0 with the 2 addtl. lib
paths %WATCOM%/lib286 and %WATCOM%/lib386 for the missed clibl and 2 other
dll's, the included makefile.watcom did it to compile
(see also my side note in bug ticket #17)
