with similar output :)

RW> BTW, as the date of the log indicates, this is how long it has been

at least the DOS executable in a DOS box under OS/2 warp3 did
results in success

but there are two hints about 4OS2 and 4DOS addons used under OS/2 ...
As I know 4* as a shell extension under OS/2 and DOS maybe the
reported crash relates to this shell extension ?!?
that I cannot test (no 4OS2, no 4DOS installed, neither available)

KvE>> The flag "ALLOWUNPUB 1" allows the word "Unpublished" to be
KvE>> used in lines starting with other tags than "Pvt"
RW> Correct. But, using that flag in MNL crashes OS/2...

without the 4OS2 and 4DOS installed I cannot reproduce this crash
under OS/2 warp3, so there is something special in the used
environment where it crashes

KvE>> The flag "MINPHONE 1" counts the number of "-" separated groups

 RW> Yes, see above.

 RW> ?

OS/2 revision of binkley-xe I'd compiled, but this gcc3 environment doesn't
give me a chance to compile with the existing makefiles :-P
so I'm currently limited testing with the DOS revision of rev3.3.3
of makenl_ng
The v3.3.3 package doesn't includes any executables :-P

KvE>> As a last thought, there should not be a problem in using
KvE>> NLMAKE, if it can handle the envisioned changes to the nodelist.
RW> Apparently it does have a problem as it doesn't like the segment
RW> without a PVT flag and -Unpublished- in the phone field either. That
RW> is why the two keywords are commented out in my segment and node 10 is
RW> flying PVT and 000 etc. numbers in the phone field. Once MNL can work
RW> with an OS/2 system, I can uncomment those two keywords, revise the
RW> node 10 line and forward my revised segment to my RC...

so the test scenario is identified to check against, but currently
I cannot reproduce any crash under winxp nor under os/2 with the
compiled DOS executable in a DOS box

For further testing I'm still await an OS/2 executable or a working
makefile script in my inbound =:)
