Yeah, back then I also bought some Linux CDs online because I had dialup and
didn't want to download ISOs that way.  But it was still much cheaper to buy
them that way.  There was a site called cheapbytes.com that would basically
burn the ISOs to CD-Rs for you and sell them to you for pretty much the cost of
the CD-Rs and shipping.
