30 minutes for 1MB sounds like what it used to take me on dialup with a 2400 bau
d modem.. And I had just gotten broadband in 2001 or 2002, and downloading 1MB
was a lot quicker by then.

I've wondered about wifi signals doing that, but even before wifi, there were th
ings like cordless phones using the same frequencies, and there have been TV and
radio broadcast signals everywhere for many more years before that. I don't kn
ow if there have been significant studies showing their affect on our health.
