It was 70 in Little Rock on Tuesday...the cold front went through here
around 11am, and it dropped from 60 to 42 in just 4 hours. Far southwest
and far southeast Arkansas are under a Winter Weather Advisory...east
central and northeast Arkansas are under an Ice Storm Warning...and the
rest of Arkansas (including Little Rock) is under a Winter Storm Warning.

I noted that nearly all of Texas (except far east and southeast Texas)
is under either a Winter Storm Warning or a Winter Weather Advisory.
These extend from southeast Wyoming, eastern Colorado, and much of New
Mexico...eastward across Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas,
northwest Louisiana, northwest Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois,
Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, then New York into
New England. If you go to weather.gov -- it looks like someone went
crazy with the paint pallette.
