The same is true for my system (The Thunderbolt BBS in Little Rock, Arkansas).
Far southwest Arkansas and far southeast Arkansas are under
a Winter Weather Advisory...east and northeast Arkansas are under an
Ice Storm Warning...and the rest of Arkansas (including Little Rock) is
under a Winter Storm Warning.
Punxatawney Phil saw his shadow this morning, so that means 6 more
weeks of winter. However, I heard that Staten Island Chuck did not see
his shadow, so that means an early spring. I have no word about General
Beaurgard Lee in his groundhog antibellum mansion in Atlanta, and what
he said. I did hear that another groundhog came out of his burrow, took
one look around, and fell over dead!! Must be one heck of a storm coming.
