      Title: Southern Mac & Cheese
 Categories: Pasta, Dairy, Cheese
      Yield: 6 servings
 
     16 oz Elbow macaroni
      2 lg Eggs; room temp
     12 oz Can evaporated milk
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      2 tb Prepared mustard
      1 ts Seasoned salt
      1 ts Pepper
      8 oz Velveeta; melted
      2 c  Shredded mild Cheddar
           - cheese; divided
      2 c  Shredded sharp Cheddar
           Cheese; divided
 
  Cook macaroni according to package directions. Set
  oven @ 350oF/175oC.
  
  Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk,
  butter, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper until
  combined. Stir in the Velveeta and 1-1/2 cups each of
  mild and sharp cheddar cheeses.
  
  Drain macaroni; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into a
  greased 3-qt. baking dish. Top with remaining cheeses.
  Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted and edges are
  bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
