      Title: Easy Chicken Corn Chowder
 Categories: Poultry, Pork, Potatoes, Vegetables, Dairy
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Butter
      1 sm Onion; fine chopped
      1    Celery rib; fine chopped
      1 sm Red bell pepper; fine
           - chopped
 29 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream-style corn
  1 1/2 c  Chopped, cooked chicken
     12 oz Can evaporated milk
      1 ts Chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 ts Pepper
      8 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
 
  In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat.
  Add onion, celery and red pepper; cook and stir 6-8
  minutes or until tender.
  
  Stir in corn, chicken, milk, bouillon and pepper; heat
  through, stirring occasionally (do not boil). Top
  servings with bacon.
