      Title: Hearty Black-Eyed Pea Soup
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 16 servings
 
      1 lb Bulk pork sausage
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      4 c  Water
 46 1/2 oz (3 cans) black-eyed peas;
           - rinsed, drained
     28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
           - w/juices
 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes & green
           - chilies; w/juices
      4 oz Can  chopped green chiles
      4    Beef bouillon cubes
      4 ts Molasses
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 ts Garlic salt
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Ground cumin
 
  In a Dutch oven, cook the sausage, beef and onion over
  medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the
  remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
  cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
