So I noticed that the latest build no longer uses mbbsutil.exe ....so that being
the case, how do we pack our bbslist? I can not find a option anywhere
to fix the bbslist issue, when I try to run mbbsutil it says my data files
are not correct (since I ran upgrade.exe)
any advice?
