Bur windows is not needed, I used this:
rtl_fm -f 439987500 -l 48 -s 22.05k | ~/multimon-ng/build/multimon-ng -a scope
-a POCSAG1200 -f alpha -t raw /dev/stdin
But I still want a hardware pager ;)
