eternal september does weird blocking stuff and throttling. it will also not let
you post under more than one username. it will also shut off your feed
temporarily for various reasons.
no i did not delete part of my message.
there is no good free newsgroup provider. buy a 10 dollar block at a pay
provider. it will last a long time.
