MACs are supposed to be unique. The first 3 hex pairs are assigned by
manufacturers, so if you pick a non-assigned set, you can pick a random
MAC and be pretty sure you're not going to run into a conflict.
I don't know if it changes the MAC every time you connect, or only if
you forget/connect for the first time.
