It deals with powers not delegated to the federal government
by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the states, being
reserved to the states, or The People.
In other words...the administration and its lackey Chief Justice
of the U.S. Supreme Court have ignored the Constitution in two
instances:
Forcing on the states against the state's will a mandate of
compulsory health insurance, and the creation of a here-to-for
unknown Constitutional mandate of same-sex sodomites to `marry'.
Mind you, the `marriage' between two same-sex sodomites was NEVER
about `rights'...it was about the inclusion of sodomite degenerates
in social benefits up till now reserved for married couples...
like death benefits...inclusion in spousal health insurance...
inheritance laws...Social Security survivors benefits... etc etc.
In other words...the creation of a whole new (albeit degenerated) classification
of `eaters-at-the-trough' of public monies.
The Xth Amendment, much like our other Amendments as well as the
entire Constitution, has been ignored or perverted almost beyond
redemption by this administration and its puppets, like no
other administration in the history of the United States.
This adminitration will go down in history as the worst administration
in history, eclipsing the Carter administration by far.
It also began the use of `bot's by certain privileged Fido posters
who are allowed to post them all over Fido as a weapon against
anyone who dares to speak their mind...yet results in the out
and out banning from Fido anyone who dares to give back the same
as they receive.
Go figure!
