Very funny. But what is the reality? Is Russia really any different
than the USA or other so-called democracies? Why did Hitler and his
National Socialists have so much success in Germany, his Third Reich
encompassing most of Europe, and beyond?
FDR and Stalin were friends. They got along fine, even during times
of war. What else could poor Winston Churchill do but go along?
But that was another time, and another place. Yalta. In Ukraine.
A beautiful sight. The three of them. Concocting a plan. That actually
worked. Even after FDR was poisoned at Warm Springs and was not able
to finish the job.
Anyway, fast forward to the future. Where we are today.
Here is what political scientist Barbara F. Walker, of the
University of California at San Diego, had to say on the
matter -
"The US used to be considered a full democracy like Norway,
Switzerland, or Iceland, and it's now considered a partial
democracy like Ecuador, Somalia, or Haiti."
As such, I ask you this one question -
What makes you think the USA is any different than Russia?
You think the USA is a democracy and Russia is not?
Donald Trump won the popular vote in 2,588 counties in the USA.
Joe Biden won the popular vote in 551 counties in the USA.
And we are to believe that Joe Biden received 7 million more
popular votes than Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential
election?
It didn't happen.
Donald Trump filed suit in a vain attempt to stop the steal.
The courts rejected his every attempt, Trump batting 0-60.
On January 6, 2021 Donald Trump led an insurrection, with his
legion of MAGA followers storming the Capitol Building. Well over
1,500 of them have been charged with various crimes. Some 900 of
them have plead guilty. How many more committed crimes but had
not been caught is unknown.
And in just over two months, the USA will have a woman president.
A woman who never won a single primary to get on the ballot.
This is our version of democracy.
