I think this could be clarified better: The zone, net, and node values of the
FidoNet address are actually in *hexadecimal* notation, but only using the
hexadecimal digits 0-9, so that when viewing the IPv6 address in hexadecimal (as
is the norm), it can be more easily visually compared with the decimal
representation of that equivalent FidoNet address.
