Yes, it's unfortunate but this does happen, and it is going to happen more and
more.

I agree, I don't understand why ISPs here in the west are not ahead of this.
Money could be a part of it. I think there are large numbers of routers in the
wild that don't support IPv6 so they will need to be changed. There will be a
cost for that.
