IPv4/ has/ run out 10 years ago.

That assesment does not match the facts as I know them. The UK is #20 on the
list of Google IPv6 Country Rank.

That could not be if no ISP in the UK supported IPv6.

Wrong starting point. ISPs in the UK /do/ support it.
