Then you do not have IPv6. Most likely because your ISP does not support it.
he.net still offers tunnels free of charge...

That web site has indeed not been updated recently and it probably never will.
The KAME project is shelved. I selected that web site because it provides a
quick and reliable indication of IPv6 capability.
