If I were in Ukraine or Russia at this moment I would have to speak in english
since it is the only language I know.

I think it is only natural for a person to speak in their mother tongue. If I
were to move to Russia I would have to learn to speak russian so I can
communicate but I will likely always speak english when I can do that.
None of that is problematical in some way, is it?
